Somerset Health Walks

Updated 4/1/2021

Following the Government’s announcement on the 3rd January 2021, England will enter a new national lockdown. This means that our Health Walks are currently suspended and will restart as soon as possible as restrictions ease, please check with your local scheme co-ordinator/web pages below for updated walks in your area.

For ideas to keep active during this time, please take a look at the Zing Somerset, SASP & AgeUK Somerset webpages.

We run a range of Health Walks in Somerset on a regular basis.  We have a number of starting points around the area and all our walks are rated. Our walking programme is aimed at all levels of fitness and ability from beginners to advanced. The walks vary in distance and are rated by level in our walking leaflet schedule.

The aims of our walks are to provide people with a chance to meet new people and to socialise, build their self-confidence, and to start improving their fitness. Everyone is welcome.
