This will change our current day-to-day contact with other people and continue to support the reduction of the spread of infection. For many, the update in guidance is a big change and people can feel anxious about it, but you can familiarise yourself with the new guidance and answer any FAQ’s you may have here. It is vital that anyone with the symptoms of COVID-19 stays at home for seven days after their symptoms begin. To learn more about COVID-19 please visit the NHS website here.
