COVID-19: Keep Active Outdoors

Spending time outside

Winter activities

Our weather in the UK may be unpredictable and the daylight hours are shorter at the moment, but our green spaces and parks remain open! Let’s try and make the most of being outside at this time, whether that’s is in your garden, a visit to the local park or a walk in the woods.

Spending just a brief amount of time outdoors can do wonders for not only our physical health but also our mental wellbeing, so if you can lets wrap up warm and give it a go!
